For both Vivi and Brigette, we kept the name a secret until their arrival - it's fun to make it a surprise!  I think the handing out of cigars is a sweet tradition upon baby's arrival, and adding a little tag with the baby's name and meaning is a great way to give a little keepsake to visitors and family.  It's also a good way to let them know how to spell the name, and what exactly you plan to call baby.  Here are the announcements we handed out for Vivi's birth, and above are Brigette's.  This time around, I used bubble gum cigars, to save on cost.  I think they are equally as cute, though!
