I love this whole custom denim trend.  It's so fun, and I thought it would be a great piece for the girls this summer.  I love how these turned out, and best of all, they love them, too!

I bought these light wash denim vests for the girls, and started by putting their nickname on the back.  I used the Paper app to draw their names and then uploaded it into the Cricut design space and cut them out of white iron on material with my Cricut and ironed them on (it was so easy!).  After that, I had the girls help choose some patches and ironed/stitched them all over.

I mean, how cute are all those patches?  It would also be fun to earn them or earn more over the summer for different projects or lessons.  The Far Out patch would be great for some stargazing, or the camping patch for a camping trip, etc.

I love it so much I might just have to do one for myself.
