Chip and I made these little mushrooms for Vivi's party, and then we used them again for Brigette's birthday.  Some of you asked for a few more details, so here is a little more info on how to make them.  They are really very simple, and so fun to make!

We used a 4' x 4' sheet of 1/2" plywood, and I sketched out the mushroom shapes with a sharpie.  Chip cut out the shapes with a jigsaw, and then made bases (which are approximately 26" x 8" high).  He then cut out 1/2" notches so they would fit together and stand.

I painted them in pastels (and I used the small sample paints from Home Depot, tinted to the colors I wanted), but I think they would look adorable in woodland shades of reds for a more traditional/less girly look!
