Several of you have inquired about the bedding in Vivi's nursery, so above are the details.  There is not actually a bumper, the mattress was just set really high when we first put everything together.  I debated over using a bumper, but then decided I really liked the more clean and simple look without it, and I love being able to see little Vivi through the crib slats when I peek into her room.  Honestly, I think this is a great way to go, and it's quite a cost savings, too!  Sometimes I think all the fluff can take away from the lovely lines of a crib.  The crib sheet I used is the Dwell Studio Transportation sheet, and I adore their entire crib sheet collection (not to mention they come in those darling little drawstring bags that are handy for holding small baby items).  The box pleated skirt is from Sterling Anabella, whose clean, preppy bedding sets have always been a favorite of mine, and which I found for a deal (find some similar options in the margin links).  Considering the savings by not purchasing an entire bedding set, you can have several sheets on hand in different patterns to change up the look (and quite frequently, too, considering how often I find myself needing to wash Vivi's sheets)!

{p.s. In case any of you are concerned, the pillows don't stay in the crib when Vivi sleeps. They have come in more handy on the glider and chair as extra support when holding her and aren't usually in the crib at all.}
