I can't believe Brigette's birthday is right around the corner (this month!!).  I have been a little behind on posting her monthly photos with all the Christmas craziness, so here is a little update (adorable picture by Kate Byars).  It's a bit challenging to come up with her favorites; mostly it includes crawling into anything she can and doing whatever her sister is doing.  Toys aren't very interesting right now, unless they belong to big sister.  Below are a few things I am using the most with her.  Since she is a little redhead, she has very sensitive skin, much different from Vivi's.  She reacts strongly to anything irritating, and I have found hats to be essential, and the tops of her feet get dry and sometimes blistered from crawling around, so I put jelly on them before bedtime and then put socks on to soothe them.  One of my favorite things is that she can now take baths with Vivi without her little baby tub, and it's the best!  I love watching them splash around together!  She has also mastered the sippy cup (she loves the straw version), which makes me really happy.  I could never get Vivi to enjoy drinking milk from a cup, but Brigette does it easily and happily.  And, how cute are those bottles?  We have been loving them, and they are super easy for Brigette to hold.
