christmas snack mix with munchkin

christmas snack mix

We have been all about the Christmas treats over here, and here is a slightly modified version of an old favorite that the girls love to enjoy!  It's also great for gifts!

What you need:

rice Chex mix | 1 bag chocolate chips | 1/4 cup butter | pretzels | sprinkles | m & m's (I used the peppermint ones - so yum!) | powdered sugar (and peanut butter if you want)

Melt the chocolate chips and butter (and peanut butter, if you wish!) in a saucepan or microwave.  Mix everything together, saving sprinkles and powdered sugar for last.  Once everything is coated in the chocolate mixture, sprinkle in the confectioner's sugar and sprinkles.  For extra fun, you can shake it all together in a ziploc bag, which the kids love to do!

Lastly, enjoy!  I love these stay-put bowls by Munchkin, which are no tip (so awesome!).  They suction cup to the table or counter, which makes for mess free meals or snacking.  My girls are also huge fans of the miracle cup (and I am too!).  It's super easy to clean and snap back together, and doesn't spill - which is great for on the go.

And here is my other cutie pie helper in the kitchen - this weighted straw Munchkin cup is so perfect for little ones learning to drink from a cup!  The straw stays down at the bottom of the cup, so even when she isn't holding it perfectly down, she can still get the milk!

We are always fans of Munchkin and their bright, happy products that make our lives easier!  Target is my place for all things Munchkin, and it's my go to when picking up new feeding essentials when we are entering a new phase with the little ones!

Thank you so much to Munchkin for sponsoring this post!  I love brands that love moms and strive to make our lives easier and brighter when our hands are full!
