freddie's nautical nursery
with hunter baby
Yesterday, I featured Eliza's nursery, created by her mother Holly who is one half of the duo behind Hunter baby. Holly and Amanda created Hunter baby after their struggle to find stylish and affordable baby boys' clothing. The collection is designed in Melbourne, Australia (but ships overseas!), and includes onesies and leggings with a new collection debuting in February that will include blankets, wraps, and bibs. I hear the complaint quite often from boy mamas that the boy options just aren't as cute and fun, so here is a great company started by moms with adorable options! I tried one of the long sleeved onesies on Brigette (photo on instagram!) and it's just as darling in person with the contrasting patches and sweet details. Seriously, go check out all the cuteness!
Today, I'm sharing Freddie's nursery, created by Amanda. Amanda was also inspired by Sharon Montrose, but included a slightly nautical feel, with grays, whites, and touches of yellow. She created that scrabble nursery rhyme art (so clever!) and her older son, Max, had a special ride on firetruck in his nursery that he still loves, so she had to find the perfect set of wheels for Freddie, too. That shiny yellow car is the perfect pop, and I'm sure it will be beloved by Freddie for years to come!
I love both of these bright, airy rooms. They have a timeless, classic feel but are still so fresh. Hope you are inspired, too! (And be sure to check out Hunter baby!!)
