pink & navy girl nursery inspiration

(Click on image, and links will appear to the right.)

Erin asked for a pink and navy nursery.  The adorable nightstand above is great inspiration for a do-it-yourself makeover, and I have long admired those Oilo gliders, although the price tag is a bit much.  If you can find the right glider at a more affordable price, white fabric with navy piping would make a smart combination.  {Also, for those of you who are having trouble with the links in the margin, the links are listed below as well.  I’m working on troubleshooting that, but hopefully this will help in the meantime!}

    Joni, I have just found your blog through Gabi Blair (DesignMom) and I am really, really impressed with your wonderful taste, style and creativity. I also have a little Vivi (although her name is spelled “Vivian”) who was born last April and can’t wait for her to be big enough to visit your site and meet the other Vivi. Best of luck with everything and thanks for sharing!

    This is a great color combo. Perfect use of pink without being too sweet. Do you have any ideas for a colorful baby’s bathroom to accompany an all white nursery? I’m thinking of incorporating a coral or salmon.
